Located on the outskirts of a quiet neighborhood we enjoyed the setting of our accommodations! Though the bungalow is outdated it had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing stay! Staff were so nice !

Everything was perfect!!!!! The only recommendation is that maybe the tree lines should be cut if possible….

+: Very peaceful and quiet. Safe for early morning walks (if you don’t mind the hills!) Staff very helpful and friendly. Large lending library of guests’ books. Beautiful residential area. -: Internet didn’t work. Description not accurate for+ Moreour unit—no lake view. Marina isn’t right “next door” —lake is far far down lots of steps. Big TV in BR, should be in living room. Air conditioner in master BR closet—noisy. Bed too soft. The faucet in the main bath was very hard to operate-needs to be fixed. Got tired of annoying texts from Oberg, especially when I was frantically getting ready to leave home. Most of the info was given to us at check-in anyway. The resort is a long way from anywhere. Got tired of driving. The front door opens into the guest BR. Fortunately we didn’t have any guests, or they would likely not have been at all happy with that. Who wants someone tiptoeing through your bedroom at 6:15 a.m. to go pug for a walk? Had to go then because it got really HOT quickly. Temps all week in the 90s. (This was an RCI timeshare exchange, not a rental.)

Clean facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. Great location! Limited amenities.

My wife and I have stayed at Texas Time Share in Lakeway several times over the years and have always enjoyed it. The property and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Of special note is Kathi Spruiell who increased our enjoyment immeasurably+ Morethrough her attention to detail and pleasent nature dealing with her guests. Thank you Kathi! We already have our reservation for next year. Well done all.

This was my second stay at Texas Timeshare and the unit had been refurbished from first stay. It looks so nice and fresh now. One of my favorite timeshares. Also, the lady who checked me in was so pleasant and helpful which was a great start to the+ Morestay. I’ll definitely be back.

The place was nice. I requested to be closer to the lake I did not receive that request. The shower didn’t work or I could not figure out how to work it. The pool was closed so that took a lot of enjoyment out of my short stay. I did not see on+ Morethe website saying the pool would be closed.

It is very hard to have guests while there as very few couples can comfortably sleep in a double bed….

It is very hard to have guests while there as very few couples can comfortably sleep in a double bed. I’m pretty sure some of those units have queen size beds in secondary bedrooms. A queen would only be 3 inches wider on each side. Other than+ Morethat, everything was good. You do need to leave instructions on how to turn on TV. Whoever was there before us got the remotes all mixed up.

I've owned week 17-42 for about 35 years, so I'm not speaking as a guest. I do like the new carpet and chairs. It would be nice to have picture over the sofa. I think the bathroom sink faucets probably should be replaced. They really look worn. The+ Morefirst night I took a shower, I nearly fell. The shower floor was very slippery, so I used a towel on the floor from then on. It would by nice to have coffee filters in the units. Also, I didn't have any salt, just pepper. We have LOVED everything, TOTALLY and ABSOLUTELY! You have thought of it all with ME in mind! Even the fully set up kitchen so I could cook. It feels like HOME here. We felt as if we were living in the treetops which added a little whimsy to the+ Moreallure. Our place was spotlessly clean which was so much appreciated. The surroundings were nice, being by the Lake and up in the Trees, but there was not close access to Lake, except for a boat. The pool was small, but loved the cave like setting. The Hot tub was not hot and could have been cleaner. We enjoyed our+ Morestay, even though we had some issues at first, like leaky sink, roach, under sink, broken blinds, & one TV did not work. I liked not having anyone above or below us, but their was a lot of outside noise, like dog barking at residence, across the street and loud children, next door. I loved the Spa across the Street and maintenance was quick on seeing about issues.

The cabin was exactly what we wanted.. plenty of room & everything was clean.. Thank you

Being some of early owners of the TT Time shares,last weekend’s visit made me wonder where these high fees GO 1. The small bath made me feel as if I was on the Titanic.Someone will be in the tub or commode when the FLOOR leaves the rest of the+ Morevilla. 2. Why is there NOT a queen size bed in the small BDRM... no excuse for money being paid that an extra BDRM can sleep 2, more comfortably. Come on, when #17 was built maybe Queen beds were not around,but they have been for a while. 3. The toliet paper, WHERE does it come from? ThIs is not acceptable ...that is all I can say about this,other than maybe use newspaper if you can’t afford regular toliet paper. Who and where decides where money goes because the yearly fees are not evident . New carpet and furniture were very nice as well as new chair and TV, and floor lamp are good changes. We have come every year since the TT have existed. My mother, Evelyn Wright, bought 2 weeks and now I have one week and my sister has the other week. We always enjoy being there, but you asked for our thoughts. One other thing—there were roaches in small bathroom!!!
