Although the lake was low, it was accessible and enjoyable. The kitchen could use a few supplies, such as sugar, salt, pepper, foil…. The enclosed patio was very enjoyable and there was plenty of room inside and outside for socializing. Thank you+ Morefor replacing the hammocks in time for us to enjoy them all of Saturday and Sunday.

We reserved the lake house to celebrate my bachelorette party and we had a great time! The driveway was a little hard to find initially, but once we did we loved the secluded environment. Definitely bring lots of bug spray!

Adorable house with a great yard for kids! We were there for a wedding near by at the vintage Villas. Very cozy place and private once you get back to it. You do have to pass a VERY Industrial section that you share a drive way with, but we had no+ Moreproblems at all. The water was really low so we weren’t able to get in at all, but the view was nice. I HIGHLY recommend the Duck Boat tours in downtown Austin especially if you have kids. The tour guide was great, we learned so much about the city and had fun QuAcking at everyone. Also recommend the Oasis Restaurant for a sunset dinner. Amazing views and it’s the biggest restaurant in TX.

Address isn’t located on the street so it’s hard to know where you are going, since the property sits off main road. If you call the property management company you get an answering service and they can’t tell you how to get to the property+ Moreeither they have to have someone call you back so you are just sitting there waiting for a call back. Dumpsters were over flowing with trash upon our arrival so we were unable to sit outside due to the smell. The property is located next to a business so they are working all day with heavy machinery and driveway was blocked a few times with them working so we had to wait to leave. The cleaning fee is $200 but the house was NOT clean it was only “surface” clean. Also, not able to fish or swim from water access provided. I should have done more research before just booking this rental.

It’s unmarked and the entrance is not near the addresses that are chronological. + MoreProviding better arrival directions or including a sign out front would have been extremely helpful.
